We want every Cell Sooq experience — buying or selling — to be simple and fair. This policy covers both sides.

Buying from Cell Sooq

30-Day Returns

Changed your mind? You have 30 days from delivery to return any device, no questions asked.

  • Free return shipping — contact us and we'll send you a prepaid label.
  • No restocking fees.
  • Devices should be returned in the condition received, with any included accessories.
  • Refunds go back to your original payment method once we receive and verify the device — typically within 3–5 business days.

12-Month Warranty

Every certified refurbished device is covered by a 12-month warranty from the date of delivery.

  • Covers functional defects — anything that stops working the way it should under normal use.
  • Does not cover accidental damage, liquid damage, or damage from unauthorized repair.
  • If something goes wrong, contact support@cellsooq.com and we'll repair, replace, or refund — whichever resolves it fastest for you. Shipping for warranty claims is on us.

Defective on Arrival

If your device arrives damaged or not working, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we'll make it right immediately — replacement or full refund, with return shipping covered.

Selling to Cell Sooq (Trade-Ins)

30-Day Price Lock

Every quote is honored for 30 days from the date it's created. Ship your device within that window and your price is guaranteed, regardless of market changes.

Condition and Inspection

  • Your device should match the condition you described — including the Damaged grade. Honest grading means your quote holds.
  • All personal data must be erased and security locks (iCloud, Google) removed before shipping.
  • Our technicians inspect every device on arrival, typically the same day.

Revised Offers

If your device's condition differs from your description, we'll send a revised offer. You can:

  • Accept — we process payment right away.
  • Decline — we return your device free of charge, no fees, no hassle.

If we don't hear back on a revised offer within 30 days, the device will be responsibly recycled.

Getting Paid

  • Payments are issued via Cash App, Venmo, PayPal, or bank transfer — your choice.
  • Most payouts are sent the same day inspection clears. Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days to land.

Cancellations

  • Before shipping: just don't ship — nothing else needed.
  • After shipping: contact support@cellsooq.com immediately. If your device hasn't been processed yet, we'll return it to you.
