Welcome to www.cellsooq.com (the "Website"), owned and operated by Cell Sooq LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our Website and services — including our trade-in service and our certified refurbished store (together, the "Services") — you agree to these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use our Website or Services.
1. Definitions
- "User," "you," "your" — any person accessing or using the Website or Services.
- "Trade-In Service" — the process of selling used electronics to us for payment.
- "Store" — our certified refurbished device shop.
- "Device" — any electronic product submitted to us for trade-in or purchased from our Store.
2. Eligibility
To use our Services you must: (1) be at least 18 years old or have parental consent; (2) provide accurate and truthful information; (3) be the legal owner of any Device you trade in, with the right to sell it; and (4) use our Website and Services in compliance with applicable laws. We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion.
3. Trade-In Service
3.1 Submitting a Device
You must describe your Device accurately, including its condition grade. We provide an initial offer based on the details you provide, and that offer is honored for 30 days from creation.
3.2 Inspection and Final Offer
- On arrival, our technicians inspect your Device. If it matches your description, we confirm the original offer and process payment.
- If discrepancies exist (different model, condition, or lock status), we may issue a revised offer.
- If you decline a revised offer, we return your Device free of charge.
- If you do not respond to a revised offer within 30 days, the Device will be responsibly recycled.
3.3 Payment
Payment is issued via Cash App, Venmo, PayPal, or bank transfer. Most payouts are sent the same day inspection clears; bank transfers may take 1–3 business days. We are not responsible for delays caused by payment providers or incorrect payment details you provide.
3.4 Damaged Devices
We accept Devices in all conditions, including damaged or non-functional Devices, provided they are described honestly under the appropriate condition grade.
3.5 Non-Returnable Devices
If a Device is blacklisted, stolen, or reported lost, we will not return it and may report it to the relevant authorities.
4. Purchases from Our Store
4.1 Orders
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We may cancel and refund any order, including in cases of obvious pricing errors or suspected fraud.
4.2 Pricing and Condition Grades
Each refurbished Device is tested and assigned a condition grade (Premium, Good, or Acceptable) reflected in its price. Grade descriptions are published on our Guide page.

4.4 Returns
You may return any purchased Device within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, with free return shipping and no restocking fee. See our Refund Policy for details.
4.5 Limited Warranty
Purchased Devices include a 12-month limited warranty covering functional defects under normal use. The warranty does not cover accidental damage, liquid damage, or damage resulting from unauthorized repair or modification. Our obligation under this warranty is, at our option, to repair, replace, or refund the Device. This warranty gives you specific legal rights; you may have other rights that vary by state.
4.6 Trade-In with Purchase
Where you attach a trade-in to a purchase, the purchase and the trade-in are separate transactions processed in a single checkout. The trade-in remains subject to Section 3; your purchase is not contingent on the trade-in, and trade-in payouts are issued after inspection.
5. User Responsibilities
You agree not to: submit stolen or counterfeit Devices; use our Website for unlawful purposes including fraud; infringe our intellectual property; or attempt to access restricted areas of our Website without authorization.
6. Prohibited Trade-In Devices
We do not accept Devices that: have outstanding financial obligations (e.g., unpaid installment plans); are reported stolen, lost, or blacklisted; or have active security locks (iCloud, Google, or similar) that you do not remove. We reserve the right to reject any trade-in at our discretion.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on our Website — text, graphics, logos, and images — is owned by Cell Sooq LLC or licensed to us. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our content for commercial purposes without permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law: we do not guarantee the Website will be available, uninterrupted, or error-free; we are not responsible for indirect damages, lost profits, or data loss resulting from your use of the Services; and we are not liable for third-party services including payment processors and shipping carriers. Nothing in these Terms limits the remedies expressly provided in Sections 4.4 and 4.5.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
Except for the limited warranty in Section 4.5, our Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Trade-in values change over time and quotes are only guaranteed within their stated lock period.
10. Privacy
By using our Services, you agree to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your data. Tracking technologies (including Meta Pixel and Google Analytics) are activated only after you provide consent through our cookie banner.
11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. In the event of a dispute, you agree to first contact us in writing to attempt informal resolution. If unresolved within 30 days, all claims shall be resolved through final and binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA), conducted in Hillsborough County, Florida.
YOU AGREE TO WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT OR CLASS-WIDE ARBITRATION. Any arbitration shall be conducted solely on an individual basis.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to our Services if you violate these Terms, and may modify or discontinue the Website or Services at any time.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page; continued use of the Website constitutes acceptance.
14. California Notice
If you are a California resident, certain rights may apply under the CCPA, CPRA, and CIPA. Cell Sooq LLC does not knowingly intercept or disclose user communications without consent; tracking scripts activate only after explicit cookie consent. Disputes under these laws are resolved per Section 11.
