Shipping policy

Shipping at Cell Sooq is free in both directions — when you buy from us, and when you sell to us.

Orders (Buying from Us)

  • Free shipping on every order — no minimums, no tiers.
  • Delivery in 2–3 business days from when your order ships.
  • You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order is on its way.
  • Every device is securely packaged and tested before it leaves our facility.

If your order hasn't arrived within the expected window, contact support@cellsooq.com with your order number and we'll track it down.

Trade-Ins (Selling to Us)

Getting Your Device to Us

  • The moment you accept a quote, we email you a prepaid shipping label — or a FedEx QR code so you can skip the printer entirely.
  • Drop your package at any location for the carrier on your label. Transit typically takes 2–5 business days.
  • Shipping is fully paid by us.

Packaging Your Device

  • Any sturdy box works. Wrap the device in bubble wrap or something soft.
  • Remove SIM cards, memory cards, cases, and accessories — ship only the device unless we say otherwise.
  • Erase your data and disable Find My iPhone / Google Device Protection before shipping.

Returns of Trade-Ins

If you decline a revised offer, we return your device free of charge via ground shipping (2–5 business days).
